We are pleased to advise that Avocado Engineering is able to supply Monel-400 Filters in corporation with our business partner and manufacturer.

We can supply various sizings of Monel-400 Filters as per customer’s requirements and specifications. For example Monel-400 filters with pore sizes of 10 microns and 20 microns with O.D = 70 mm, wall thickness of 5 mm, 500 mm length and 1″ NPT can be supplied.

Monel 400 is an alloy of Nickel/Copper with minor amount of Fe and Mn.

“Monel shows high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a range of acidic and alkaline environments and especially suitable for reducing conditions. It also has good ductility and thermal conductivity. Monel 400 typically finds application in marine engineering, chemical and hydro-carbon processings, heat exchangers, valves and pumps. It is covered by the following standards: BS 3075, 3076 NA 13, DTD 204B and ASTM B164.

Large use of Monel 400 is made in the alkylation units, namely in the reacting section in contact with concentrated hydrofluoric acid”. See more info and Ref here.

We are pleased to advise that Avocado Engineering in corporation with our business partner and manufacturer of dust (powder) collection equipment and bag-house system provides advice, consultation, design and manufacturing of the complete set of equipment required for various dust collection processes. In particular, we work closely with zinc oxide producers to set up their zinc oxide bag-house system. The bag-house system contemplated and designed is robust, compact, cost-effective and tolerant to higher operation temperatures and more aggressive environments.

Selection of the right materials for the dust collection at the operation conditions such as high temperature environments is important. Our knowledge of the zinc oxide production lines will help the new setups to build their state-of-the-art systems for the best dust (powder) collection combined with the state-of-the-art production line starting with high temperature furnace operations.

Submersible pumps are used in a variety of applications such as extremely deep agricultural wells, municipal water applications and petroleum product systems. They can also be used as pipeline boosters where pump is installed inside of the pipe to boost the flow of the fluid. Submersible pumps are often installed underground and in the vertical configuration and as the name suggests, they are submerged in the fluid to be pumped. Submersible pumps are made of robust stainless steel materials such as SS 304 with various sizings such as 4” or 6”. Electric submersible pumps are powered by means of waterproof electrical cables. Various types of cables can be used depending on the process conditions, such as the temperature of the system.

High Pressure Pump Package

Avocado Engineering is pleased to announce that our professional team of engineers, project managers and manufacturing partners are able to provide engineering advice, design and manufacturing of the complete packages of the high pressure water jetting (also known as high pressure water blasting), which is an important industrial solution for efficient washing and cleaning of the industrial equipment such as shell/tube steam generators. The complete package is also known as the Sludge Lancing System, where a high pressure pump supplies water to the lancing equipment, which is used to jet water through the nozzles into the tubes of the boiler to clean the residues deposited inside of the boiler tubes.
